Casson Mann is a London-based design practice specialising in the design of museums and exhibitions. We are looking for a Middleweight Designer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Day-to-day management of small design projects or self-contained parts of larger projects (with guidance).
2. Contributing to written stage reports and exhibition description sheets.
3. Leading and guiding junior designers.
4. Direct involvement with clients on specific aspects of projects.
5. Generating original ideas and interpretive concepts.
6. Clearly articulating ideas to clients.
7. Practical detailing and liaising with contractors.

Essential Skills & Experience:

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
2. Excellent collaborative skills.
3. Strong understanding of all stages of a design project.
4. Ability to manage the administrative aspects of your work.
5. Degree or equivalent in Interior / Exhibition Design.
6. Highly proficient in Vectorworks and other 3D software, including Adobe Suite.
7. Self-motivated and passionate about museums.

Desirable Skills:

1. Experience with a 3D rendering packages
2. Experience of film editing software
3. Experience with exhibitions containing Audio visual installations
4. French language skills would be advantageous.
