Casson Mann are delighted that Pressoria, our interpretation centre about champagne in Aÿ-Champagne, has been awarded the prestigious "Geste d'Or" Grand Prix. The award honours outstanding solutions in design and architecture, and is selected by a jury of experts.

Opened in 2021, Pressoria is a sensory, poetic and engaging visitor experience which tells the story of champagne and its unique production in the champagne region of France. The experience is housed within the former pressing centre of the Maison Pommery, at the foot of the historic slopes of Aÿ-Champagne. Installations explore the elemental basis of champagne and its terroir: chalk, rain, sunshine, and the deep vine roots.
